At the start of Schwartz ‘s long term advisory role with CES, a nationally recognized MEP/FP Engineering firm, the company expressed aspirations to expand within the NYC market.

Initially starting with a small NYC office presence by Grand Central Station, the firms next move brought them to a brand new office space for 10 people which the landlord agreed to build per CES’s specification.

With the understanding CES may quickly outgrow their initial office, Schwartz strategically placed the firm with a landlord controlling a large portfolio of space which allowed CES to have the ability to trade up for larger space in the event growth went according to planned.

Within one year, CES went from their initial 10 person office to move up to occupy a full floor in the tower of the building with outstanding light and views on four sides, allowing for the companies further expansion and well positioned to keep attracting top talent within an exceptional NYC HQ.

CES’s growth has continued to this day, which has led to even further expansion, the engineering firm is currently in the process of building out a brand new floor, doubling in size once again.
