Schwartz has had the privilege of calling Gray Scalable a client for years.

Upon first meeting, Gray was in the midst of outgrowing their initial co-working space by Union Square, Schwartz helped surface an off-market, fully furnished sublease space in prime Soho, which was efficiently built, with great light and stunning architectural details, exactly the space Gray was seeking at the time.

As Gray’s Soho sub-lease was due to expire and the company not quite ready for a new larger space, Schwartz helped arrange for a flexible lease extension direct with the landlord, to avoid a disruptive and unproductive move.

When the time was right, as the growth advisory firm continued to expand business, Schwartz facilitated their eventual direct lease relocation to a stunning new full floor loft space in the heart of the Flatiron District where Gray Scalable now calls home.
