Catherine Memmo is a licensed real estate broker in New York City, and focuses primarily on the technology and financial sector of the marketplace. Working in a boutique real estate firm has allowed her to cultivate long-term relationships with her clients. She has a diverse set of skill sets which allows her to manage all aspects of leasing, including negotiations, sales, acquisitions and market analysis.

 Prior to joining DLS Commercial Real Estate, Catherine received an MBA and started her own successful business in the contract furnishings industry.  Having to negotiate leases for over 20 years as an entrepreneur in NYC, gives Catherine a unique perspective on her tenant’s experiences.  Through hard work, perseverance, and strong client relationships, Catherine Memmo has developed a reputation as a true professional who can be counted on to bring successful lease negotiations to fruition.

 Outside of real estate work, Catherine Memmo enjoys biking and travel.  She is an active member in various charitable organizations that focus on the health and well-being of women and children.
