What we collect

When you reach out through our Discovery intake, we collect the details you choose to give us — your name, your company, your email address, and your phone number. Once basic site analytics are enabled, we may also collect standard, non-identifying usage data such as the pages you visit and the device or browser you use.

How we use it

We use what you share to prepare your space brief and short list, and to follow up with you about your search. That’s it. We do not sell your information, and we don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Service providers

A few trusted services help us do this work. Email from the intake is delivered through Resend, our email provider. If you ask for the optional instant brief, your intake answers are sent to the Anthropic API to generate it. These providers process the information only to perform their service for us.

Data retention

We keep your information for 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just email contact@dlscre.com. You can also unsubscribe from any follow-up email using the opt-out link at the bottom of that message.
